Dear Mr Lane,
My name is Richard Hall and I am the Deputy Head of QEH Junior School in Bristol. This afternoon, two of my colleagues and I were at the Trinity Centre in Bristol for our Shakespeare in Schools workshop along with pupils and staff from your school.
I felt moved to write to you to tell you just how impressed we all were with your students. They were a real credit to themselves and your school. They were impeccably behaved at all times, listened to the advice of the acting coaches and visibly improved their performances as a result. They also acted with growing confidence in front of what must have been quite an intimidating audience of mainly Year 6 boys from a private school! They also smiled a lot and were a wonderful advert for your school community.
You should be suitably proud of all of them! Please pass this message on to all your staff and pupils who were involved and did so well today. You are clearly doing brilliant work with your pupils and making a hugely positive impact on their lives.
Kind regards, Richard Hall QEH Juniors, Bristol
